mughal magnificence
expansive gardens marble fountain professional staff
the gardens were extensive. i saw marble fountains and mughal architecture that gave a sense of another era. the room i stayed in was a Mughal twin room garden view. it included high-quality linens and a large bathroom with a bathtub. the windows offered a pretty garden VIEW. the staff maintained polite and professional behavior. check-in to check-out went smoothly. the concierge helped with arranging transport. the restaurant staff served meals promptly and was satisfying. the buffet spreads were generous. they kept my tastebuds engrossed. i was craving more at each meal.
the atm was empty. this was not helpful.

The staff was quite attentive! Check-in was swift and personalized. The breakfast variety met my expectations, with a wide range of choices available. The hotel location proved advantageous, offering convenient access to the Taj by taxi.
I found a distinct lack of ramps or elevators. This made certain areas of the hotel inaccessible, quite inconvenient. Talking to the receptionist was also not a good experience. The receptionist wasn't polite or cute.

happy hour lovely space
I secured a mughal twin room garden view. It offered a lovely space. the bar had a happy hour each evening, very convenient (i love a good deal!).

a stay with some drawbacks
pretty ground nice garden outdoor pool space damp wall worn furniture disinterested staff
the hotel grounds were pretty. i thought the gardens had a nice look. also the outdoor pool offered plenty of space with sun loungers for relaxation.
The walls in my room were damp. The furniture seemed worn. i also saw some cleanliness issues that shouldn't be there. the staff seemed disinterested when i asked for a different room. I overheard them speaking in hindi about my request.

good gym breakfast buffet convenient transportation
the hotel offered a very good gym, it featured weights and strength training machines. breakfast had a great buffet with many options (i especially liked the paratha station). uber delivered me to the taj mahal in under fifteen minutes each morning.
i noticed some wear and tear on carpets in hallways, despite otherwise good maintenance.

astonishing hotel helpful staff amazing view
the hotel itself is astonishing with its 23 acres. ananna from the front desk was very helpful and kind to me. the taj mahal view from the jharoka was amazing!!!
everything was good as expected, though some plates could have been cleaner.

the staff members were always available and ready to assist with any requests i had. they were always polite and willing to go the extra mile to. they are really good.
