The breakfast buffet had limited options. The fruit juices tasted artificial. The room service was slow. One evening, my order arrived cold. Housekeeping also missed cleaning my room one day. I was not happy with this stay.

A Taj experience?
artificial scent
My expectations was not reached given the Taj name. I was not informed of this before my arrival. The room had a strong, fake scent that was hard to avoid. The mezzanine felt stuffy. The power blinked off and on. The hotel offered a disappointment for its price.

the staff always greeted me with a smile. they took care of all my requests efficiently. one evening, i expressed a desire to try benarasi paan, and mr asif promptly arranged it (that was very kind of him!). the buffet restaurant staff were also really nice.
our room was small, but the beds were comfortable. i found that the service was not always efficient. there were many people identified as trainees, and calls to the front desk sometimes went unanswered late at night.

the beautiful room city view king bed offered a spacious and super clean environment. the decor added a touch of elegance, and the bed ensured a restful sleep. amenities included a well-stocked mini-bar and high-speed internet access.

i found the staff at chowk to be very attentive and cute. punam, ashish, tanu, ritisha, and vishal consistently. their service was really good and greatly contributed to an enjoyable dining experience.

the hotel has a beautiful hotel with a lot of greenery, giving a relaxing atmosphere. the swimming pool looked very inviting, although i didn't have the chance to use it (maybe next time!). the gym offered modern equipment for workouts.
