very comfort stay experience

swift process homely feeling positive aura

i thanks to the front desk staffs for a very swift process of check-in. i felt homely at that hotel. the staff's positive aura felt so great. the positive aura created by staff is commendable.

i was surprised by used hand-towel near the wash basin after i check into my room. i also saw another used bath towel on the floor near the shower. the floor not cleaned and had hair.

Excellent Stay Experience

warm attitude excellent service south indian cooperative nature

I found the staff accommodating and considerate, displaying a warm cute attitude. The housekeeping staff provided excellent service. The morning breakfast included a South Indian counter, and it was superb. I was impressed by the cooperative nature of everyone.

The bathroom seemed a little outdated for a hotel of this level.
