okay stay overall

breakfast variety convenient parking excellent location bad massage poor finishing remote grease

breakfast stood out with great variety and freshness! free parking on-site was super convenient. the hotel's location is really excellent with a metro station right in front. i really liked the clean and well-kept room.

i was looking forward to a massage, but it was a really bad experience. the masseuse didn't seem happy at all and the massage ended super quickly! the finishing of the room seemed poor, which i found shocking for an international chain.

helpful staff sunset view puppet player unhappy masseuse short massage

the staff were very nice and helpful, it felt tender! the room was the same as in the photo, it was a dream. the sunset view was pretty, the taj mahal view was so unique. rooftop had a puppet player and a magician, it was fun!

i wanted a massage though, it was disappointing. the masseuse did not look happy, it felt unkind. i booked for 30 minutes, it was over in less than half an hour. she told me 'it's done' and walked straight off, it felt rough

noisy hallway spotty wifi

The room was decently sized with necessary amenities. Breakfast spread was just ok.

Check-in was far from smooth. It reminded me of pulling teeth. the room i got wasn't exactly soundproofed and i could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway at night. also, the wifi was spotty, a real pain when i needed to get some work done.

hot water welcome drink vouchers

the staff were eager to help at all times. chef satish made sure breakfast was great.

I booked their junior suite. It was not worthy at all. there was no hot water coming in the bathtub. even after calling the service team, it was not working. It reminded me of begging for welcome drink vouchers.
