“Close to the Taj Mahal, this property promises luxury with an infinity pool and wellness spa, and it generally delivers based on the reviews I explored. With multiple restaurants and uniquely furnished rooms, it's a sophisticated base for exploring Agra, though I see service inconsistencies mentioned. I think what makes it interesting is that it positions itself as a blend of modern aesthetics and traditional charm.”

delicious food attentive service great stay foul smell stained bathtub missing remote
the food was delicious with a wide variety. i especially liked the attentive service at palato. staff. they went out of their way to ensure a great stay.
the first room i was assigned had a strong foul smell from the washroom. i had to call the help-desk three times and wait 30 minutes for assistance. the original room also had a stained bathtub and no tv remote. the second room was not much better, as the tv remote had no batteries.

Excellent stay
beautiful room king bed complimentary toiletries spacious wardrobe
My stay included a beautiful room with a king bed. The room offered several amenities on food, beverages, laundry, and spa services. I found complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The room included a spacious wardrobe.
The rooftop terrace was not exactly as depicted in promotional photos. There were only limited sunbeds available.
Facilities
8/10
The pool area features comfortable loungers. I saw a well-equipped fitness center, it included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also table tennis available, though the table showed some wear and tear.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast offered a large selection of indian and european dishes. Several chefs provided personalized service. I noted customized gravies, several desserts, and curated dishes were available, all showing culinary expertise.
