delicious food attentive service great stay foul smell stained bathtub missing remote
the food was delicious with a wide variety. i especially liked the attentive service at palato. staff. they went out of their way to ensure a great stay.
the first room i was assigned had a strong foul smell from the washroom. i had to call the help-desk three times and wait 30 minutes for assistance. the original room also had a stained bathtub and no tv remote. the second room was not much better, as the tv remote had no batteries.

My stay included a beautiful room with a king bed. The room offered several amenities on food, beverages, laundry, and spa services. I found complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The room included a spacious wardrobe.
The rooftop terrace was not exactly as depicted in promotional photos. There were only limited sunbeds available.

The pool area features comfortable loungers. I saw a well-equipped fitness center, it included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also table tennis available, though the table showed some wear and tear.

adequate stay with some issues
slow in-room dining late mattress delivery
the staff were friendly and helpful which was acceptable
the in-room dining was slow i required milk to be warmed for my baby and it took an excessive thirty minutes there seemed to be a lack of prioritisation i requested an extra mattress for my older child at 6 pm it was finally delivered at midnight i had to call repeatedly and my kids were crying

a tender visit
special feeling delicious food taj mahal history modern room
the hotel makes you feel special. multiple restaurants offer delicious food. i loved talks about the history of the taj mahal, except thursdays. the hotel also arranged a van for my transport to the airport and my room was lovely and modern.
i found the staff to be quite slow. check-in took about twenty minutes after i gave over my passport.

My room included a king bed. It had nice temperature control. the room was neat and cleaning staff ensured cleanliness. i felt very comfortable during my time in the room. It had all i needed.
