technical problem noisy room

i had a pretty frustrating experience. the window shade in my horizon premier room didn't come down fully because there was a technical problem and when i called the operator, nobody answered the phone. also, even though my room was on the 18th floor, it wasn't soundproofed properly, the noise was really bad.

my room was clean and well maintained. the staff was polite and helpful. the location was convenient for my travel plans. the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel.

i could feel vibrations throughout the building. the loud noises occasionally disrupted the peace.

the hotel offers excellent proximity to key attractions. it is near important business districts. transport links are easily accessible from the premises. this made moving around the city simple for me.

the staff was generally attentive to my needs. check-in was quick and efficient at 1 am. the front office staff were professional and understanding. an upgrade to a higher room category was a welcomed surprise.
