My Horizon Beautiful Club King room was well appointed. The room included a comfortable king-size bed and ample space for luggage. I also had access to the Horizon Club Lounge. It provided evening cocktails and canapés from 6pm to 8pm. Breakfast had many delicious dishes. The staff was very attentive to detail, especially in Tamra restaurant. The location is convenient for accessing various parts of the city. Staff showed genuine care and professionalism . Tanya and the team ensured my stay was comfortable and nice. Their polite service. The front office staff facilitated a smooth check-in process after my late arrival. Anubav offered an upgrade to a higher room category. I really appreciated this kind gesture.
