airport proximity and great dining
airport proximity late restaurant fast service
I found the hotel conveniently close to the airport. the on-site italian restaurant served delicious food and was open late. the hotel arranged a car service to the airport in under 10 minutes at 12:30 am. This provided extra convenience.

I appreciated the excellent service from the staff. They were attentive to my needs. The hotel's proximity to the airport made my travel convenient. My room had a good ambience! The inclusion of diverse breakfast options was nice, too.
The room was a little small, and the beds were double beds. I was there with family, and this was not ideal

Airport Convenience AND Comfort
airport access separate sinks plentiful choices helpful staff
The hotel is super convenient for airport access. It saved me a lot of travel time. My room included two separate sinks, VERY useful. I found the breakfast buffet had plentiful choices. The staff were always available and ready to assist with any requests i had.
the elevator wait times during peak hours WERE a little longer than expected.

The fitness center features three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. It suited my needs for a quick workout. The outdoor pool area includes approximately 20 loungers alongside a shaded section, very helpful during the hot afternoons.

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport

The hotel is very close to the airport, and that was convenient. The breakfast buffet included both Indian and continental options. Staff responded quickly to requests, so that was helpful.
The room was somewhat small, and the beds were double beds not larger. A glass wall separated the bathroom from the room, so privacy was limited. I did not realize this until morning, because I arrived late at night.

weak air conditioning non-functional fridge
i was pretty annoyed with some aspects of my stay. the air conditioning in public areas was weak (i sweated in the toilet, which wasn't ideal). also, the fridge in my room didn't work, even after maintenance looked at it. it's frustrating when basic amenities aren't functional.

convenient stay near the airport
efficient team excellent job reassuring presence
The team at the front desk was quite efficient. Aniruddh helped change my room to suit my preferences, i appreciated that. vishal, the housekeeper, also did an excellent job maintaining the room. He ensured everything was clean. anuj, the floor supervisor, greeted guests with welcomes. His presence was reassuring.
I found the design and decor of the rooms quite dated. The furnishings reminded me of they belonged in an earlier era. the lighting in the room.
