I stayed in the Grand Heritage Room. It had ample plug sockets that take UK devices, so I did not need adaptors. The Emperor bed and bedding gave me a superb, peaceful night's sleep. The room maintenance team provided a daily turndown service and left the room spotlessly clean and tidy.

the room i stayed in had no natural window. instead it had an internal opening that looked down into the hotel lobby area. the roman blind needed to stay down all the time. i found it disappointing considering the pretty grounds.

The breakfast choices were great. I found many options i liked.
i was quite disappointed because the minibar in my room was not refilled . it meant i had to call room service for drinks, and the prices were higher than expected. also, the promised turndown service did not happen on one of the nights. this affected my overall feeling about the attention to detail i had anticipated.
I found the hotel building amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. the staff were very friendly, especially at the reception desk. It.
The Indian food selection at breakfast seemed limited to me. I expected more variety since I am in India. I noticed we only had one bathrobe in a room booked for two. We had to ask for more hangers too!
