The room i received did not match my request for an open view. i ended up facing other rooms, preventing me from opening the curtains. furthermore, i asked for a banana for my infant daughter. The chef initially said none were available. eventually they provided papaya for a charge, alongside a banana. it was strange to receive inconsistent information and be charged for something often complimentary.
