Really good Stay Experience!

clean room mini bar great service

I stayed one night to catch an early flight. The room design was minimalistic and clean. The mini bar had complimentary alcohol, a nice touch. The lobby restaurant offered fantastic food and excellent service.

The check-in area was slightly crowded when I arrived.

Really good Experience!

clean room complimentary mini bar excellent service

I stayed for a night due to a long connection and found the room clean and minimalistic. The complimentary mini bar with free alcohol was a very nice touch. The restaurant in the lobby offered excellent taste and service, perfect after a long flight.

The check-in process experienced a very slight delay, not ideal after a tiring journey, but the staff quickly resolved it.

Really good Hospitality and Great Amenities

amazing service excellent care met requirements

I experienced really amazing service during breakfast. Everything was superb. Shubham Singha took excellent care of us. The orders were served promptly. Mahesh from the house keeping staff made sure our requirements were met along with all the other staff members.

i found the laundry service efficient. shadab delivered items quickly. the host was responsive to calls and requests.

the hotel failed to email me about the swimming pool closure. i booked expecting this amenity. i received little help at check-in.

the restaurant in the lobby impressed me with its tasty food and excellent service. a fancy nightclub sits conveniently near the hotel. It's a fun bonus. i particularly loved the spacious inner garden, a relaxing area with a large pool.

the gin bar felt a little empty, i wish it was more lively.

amazing swan thoughtful gesture extra mile

my recent experience included a wonderful stay. i discovered kaushal from house keeping made an amazing swan out of towels, a good touch. vivek offered soak almonds in a copper bowl, a thoughtful gesture. they really went the extra mile to.

the breakfast buffet had a 20-minute queue.
