The location was quite convenient.. The staff was friendly and greeted us warmly each time we returned to the hotel. The room was always kept clean and tidy thanks to housekeeping. The hotel is near public transport, made getting around easier.

Room service was slow. It took about an hour to receive an order.

friendly staff perfect location

the lobby team greeted us with smiles each time. they were very friendly and helpful as we left (a very nice touch!). the hotel has a perfect location near public transport. i appreciated the very clean and neat room.

the hotel has wooden flooring in rooms, i prefer plush carpeting. i feel carpeting adds more luxury and comfort. the hotel only has one onsite restaurant.

the breakfast buffet had various options, including south indian and continental dishes. ms suman at the reception was helpful. the food in spring was delicious.

the television remote did not have batteries. the air conditioning was stuck at 18 degrees. the shower water was just warm.

i found the housekeeping team did an excellent job. everything was super clean and well-organized. their attention to detail.).

i had some issues with the room lighting. several bulbs fused . there were too few english-speaking tv channels available for international visitors.

effective supervisor good leadership comfortable guest

Shailja Sharma, your housekeeping supervisor, maintained this hotel well. She was personally taking care of each guest and ensuring comfort. She showed leadership by controlling the entire floor with her expertise.. Kudos to the HK team.

I had to wait a bit at the reception upon arrival. It seemed they had limited staff.
