the lobby team greeted us with smiles each time. they were very friendly and helpful as we left (a very nice touch!). the hotel has a perfect location near public transport. i appreciated the very clean and neat room.

the hotel has wooden flooring in rooms, i prefer plush carpeting. i feel carpeting adds more luxury and comfort. the hotel only has one onsite restaurant.

I had to wait a bit at the reception upon arrival. It seemed they had limited staff.
