i found the staff helpful. they were attentive, but also relaxed and friendly. i appreciated being met at the airport (very convenient) and welcomed by name upon arrival. this made a great start to my holiday.

i observed that the room was smaller compared to others. it felt a little overcrowded with furniture, impacting the available space. additionally, i noted the absence of an extra bed (which would have been useful).

the hotel staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. i found the room meticulously decorated and very comfortable. the breakfast packs prepared for my early departure were a thoughtful touch. i particularly appreciated the efficient service from housekeeping .

The check-in process was a bit slow. It took approximately twenty minutes. some corrections to the bill were needed. also i was informed about the room details.
