Quiet Comfort and Great Service

the check-in process was really smooth. The manager was helpful and got us the room early because our flight arrived a little earlier. I liked that the in-room dining was great and laundry services were available. ALL the cleaning staff were amazing, and they were pretty good with their service. the security guard was also very polite.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

My stay had some issues. The limited supply of complimentary drinking water was annoying (especially on a hot day). I found the rooms to be noisy. The food quality also declined since my last visit. These problems impacted my overall experience negatively.

The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the vast selection of dishes (especially the fresh fruit!). The heated swimming pool was also awesome and I spent a lot of time there.
The male reception staff was not cooperative. I had to cut my stay short because of their rude behaviour and they gave me a room above the gym. Constant gym noise, which I found upsetting.

I found the staff courteous and helpful. They provided really good service . The room was very clean, spacious, and well kept. The view from the balcony overlooking the golf course was wonderful and SERENE. The swimming pool was great. The gym offered good facilities for a workout.

Decent Stay Marred by Poor Service and Room Issues

The male reception staff was unhelpful. They assigned me a room above the gym despite quieter rooms being available (I found this quite annoying). Constant gym noise ruined any chance of relaxation. I had to cut my stay short because of this disruption.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The air conditioning was a real issue . It kept malfunctioning, and the maintenance team had to come to my room multiple times in a short period. (It was quite disruptive.) They did not offer to change my room or provide any compensation for the trouble. The staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience, I found that quite upsetting.
