The staff was very polite and friendly. Service went beyond what I expected, charmed I am! I found the rooms clean. Facilities were great too. The location is AMAZING. It is next to a mall with many shops.

The buffet food had delicious options. The restaurant atmosphere added to my dining experience. The team leader, Rajendra, was also helpful and showed courtesy. I plan a return visit soon.

Staff were attentive at reception, particularly the helper staff. The maintenance and housekeeping came very quickly whenever I requested room service. The hotel provided hot milk for the baby. It was unlimited.

The room I had was small, and it felt more like a hostel. I could hear everything happening in the room next door because the walls seemed very thin.
