good location plenty room terrace café poor cleanliness water bottle ice cream price
the location was very good. the hotel offered plenty of room to walk around. i found three restaurants on-site. the food at the terrace café was amazing!!!
cleanliness was not good. i asked for more than one water bottle, and i was asked for charges. this was disgusting. on new year night, they doubled the price of even kids' ice cream.

I gotta say, location blew me away. Those mountains and valleys are pure magic! the vibe felt so calm, so peaceful, and the building has this charm, you know, it just fits right in. staff were cool and the breakfast buffet? tons of options and an amazing view. it was like eating in a postcard!

there were multiple spots to grab food, and there was variety. they offer local pakistani dishes to other stuff, so its diverse. dinner at the terrace was really good, with fine views from the place. it was just so cool.

hotel had refreshing views all the way down the hillside, really awesome. overall atmosphere is very serene and peaceful, you feel the good vibes there. it is totally away from city life, a true mountain escape.

The hotel has a well-kept garden. I found Pakistani and Chinese food available. Nadia restaurant served a buffet with several options. A veranda eating place offered mountain views.. I also enjoyed Shinwari chef corner in the garden with traditional BBQ Pakistani food.
I noticed a faint smell in my room. I also heard another guest complain about a similar issue. It may be due to high room turnover.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided good service during breakfast. There was a calm atmosphere, coupled with a great selection of activities, that suited our needs well.
