Really good service and convenient location

I stayed at this hotel recently and the service was excellent. the staff members were all very friendly and helpful. They readily assisted with requests. the breakfast buffet was a treat, and the staff even brought food to the table for me (such attentiveness!). i found its location in the heart of gulberg to be very convenient, as many places were within walking distance.
the carpets in the corridors need improvement. they definitely need a thorough cleaning (i hope they address this soon!). it's a minor issue, but it impacts the overall impression.

the beautiful king room non-smoking had all the amenities i needed. the room was very comfy and tidy with well-stocked washrooms, a separate toilet room, a king-size bed, a spacious area, and good lighting.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was substantial. Staff offered assistance and brought food to my table. The location is central (in a nice area).
The room thermostat was centrally controlled. I could not adjust the temperature. The room got warm at night and this affected my sleep. The carpets in the corridors need cleaning.

I had a complimentary airport pick up. the check in was smooth and i got an early check in. the location is very central, close to mm alam road and liberty market. the room service was prompt. The breakfast had many choices. i received a complimentary drop off service to the airport.
the internet speed needs improvement. this was the only negative aspect of my otherwise excellent stay. i hope they address this soon . i rely on fast internet for work so this was a noticeable issue for me.
