solid stay, good service

high-speed wi-fi comfortable bed tv super clean bathroom

i found the rooms to be quite well-kept. the high-speed wi-fi worked without a hitch. i appreciated the tv and the well-stocked mini-bar. the bed provided really good comfort, and the bathroom was super clean.

the desk lamp switch didn't work. it wasn't a major issue, as the other lighting was sufficient.

the location was acceptable.

The room felt quite outdated, i noticed an old television. The mini-bar items also had extra charges. the desserts were not good and the cutlery was not properly cleaned. i think the hotel needs significant improvements for a 5-star hotel.

excellent service and a clean environment

really good service clean hotel trained staff

I found the staff from the entrance to the housekeeping to the restaurant to be really good. the service was excellent across all departments. the hotel was very clean. i also appreciated the disciplined and well-trained staff. They were always cute and helpful.

The rooms have an older style. I noticed they could use better lighting and overall brightness.
