clean washrooms excellent cooperation

the diamond hall was neat and clean i observed good behaviour from the staff i noticed the washrooms were clean and tidy lifts were also clean. the house keeping services made my stay comfortable cooperation between the house keeping team was excellent

mixed feelings about my stay

cold pizza slow lifts

I was a little let down by the room service. i came with family and we booked multiple rooms (four in total), but every time we ordered, it arrived late. sometimes, the pizza was cold, or items were missing. waiting another 45 minutes for replacements wasn't ideal. the breakfast also felt very crammed. It seemed the hotel struggled to keep up with the demand (maybe because it was a busy time), i think breakfast hours should be extended.

direct access separate sinks warm reception

The hotel connects directly to a mall, so access to shops is easy. The room included two separate sinks. The reception staff, including Huma, greeted us warmly each time.

The elevators were somewhat slow.

breakfast buffet helpful staff small room missing amenities

the breakfast buffet included many options. the staff named aqeel haider, a housekeeping supervisor, was helpful. he put us at ease and helped with all requests.

The room felt smaller than expected. there was no shower gel or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This seemed very economical for the price. i think some aspects did not match the hotel's overall beauty.

slow lifts cold pizza

I encountered a few problems. the room service was consistently slow. our pizzas arrived cold and items were often missing. also, the lifts were quite slow. The wait times felt excessive.
