prompt service polite staff humble staff

the transport pick-up and drop facility worked perfectly. all staff showed politeness and humility. in-room dining offered prompt service.

The front desk manager lacked politeness upon guest arrival. Typical indian judgy eyes were apparent.

small bathroom unpresentable staff

The bathroom felt cramped, and i found the shower head was spraying water all over. There wasn't any dressing room available and the lack of carpets made the floor seem kinda dirty, despite they tell me they cleaned it. the reception staff just looked not presentable at all and its annoyied me. So, i wont book again.

airport transfer clear signage shuttle service easy location

i found the inclusive airport transfer very convenient. the minibus displayed clear signage for the hotel . it's a short walk to the designated pick-up point. i also took advantage of the regular shuttle services to the golden temple, a real plus.

the hotel is located some distance from the city center.

great staff good communication reasonable price good service

the staff was great, and vikas communication stood out. i really enjoyed my time with my family in our five rooms. the prices seemed reasonable and i got berry good support from vikas from my first call. the service was good, and the staff was polite.

only one person could shower for ten minutes max in hot water before the water turns cold. it didn't warm up after fifteen minutes as instructed on the website. we waited up to one hour, but it was still cold.
