really good kindness hotel wifi
the staff showed really good kindness, fulfilling every request i made. hotel wifi worked flawlessly, which i found VERY useful.
the gym, while functional, seemed a little small and lacked a few things.

friendly staff modern facilities prime location
I'm so grateful for my stay. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. the room was well-equipped, with modern facilities like an iron and a convenient tea and coffee setup, which i found very useful! the prime location made it easy to access nearby attractions, a great advantage i appreciated.
I did notice a slight shortage of towels, and housekeeping was occasionally inconsistent in replenishing items. I had to call for missing items like toilet paper and shampoo, it was a small inconvenience!

mixed experience due to hygiene issues
poor internet bright fridge light
the staff was supportive and the front office helped me a lot
the room was noisy and the internet was very poor. a bright light in the fridge made it difficult to sleep. these factors made it hard to rest properly

limited equipment repetitive buffet
i was disappointed. the gym was quite small and only had a limited selection of equipment. i expected more for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the breakfast buffet became repetitive after a few days. it was okay, but nothing special and didn't change much from day to day. i really wished there were more options.
