My room included a modern desk and a comfortable chair. I found a large tv mounted on the wall. The bathroom offered a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. I also appreciated the fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel..

I noticed one of the elevators was temporarily out of service, leading to a slight delay during peak hours.

the front desk staff was helpful and courteous during check-in, i appreciated that. my room was clean and well-kept, it provided a decent level of comfort. the basic amenities met my expectations.

I booked my stay to recover from eye surgery, and a wedding reception took place. loud drums and music caused the furniture to vibrate in my room. It lasted past midnight. this impacted my initial views of the hotel. It was a shame.

the staff was super polite and attentive. chef rana crafted a meal filled with specialties (i will remember it forever). the mutton bhurra was amazing and the dahi and hara bhara kebabs were great.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection EACH day.

I requested a wake-up call and it NEVER came. Then, the air conditioning in my room was making a strange rattling noise ALL night. It disrupted my sleep.
