i had a fantastic facial at the spa. anika gave me the facial. the atmosphere in the spa was very calming. the rooms were beautifully made. tufail was helpful . he was supportive and professional. he was always attentive and responsive. he was willing to assist whenever needed. the front desk was very helpful. i experienced an airport delay and returned to the hotel. i stayed the night and had breakfast (the omelets were delicious). the hotel is very nice. the hotel provided great dining options. the buffet dinner was delicious. the hotel staff was cooperative. yaqoob provided really good service and care.

the shower did not drain properly in the bathroom (on the second day), which caused a minor flood and made it slightly unsafe.

the room was super clean. it featured golden tones that gave a luxurious feel. the design was fantastic. the view from my room was amazing and i saw the faisal mosque side. breakfast was really good with variety.

The parking area felt dark, and the elevators seemed noticeably slow. I found this to be a small inconvenience.

the location was acceptable as i had meetings nearby.

I was disappointed to find the room service was so slow. i ordered a club sandwich and it took over an hour to arrive. also, the gym equipment was quite old. The treadmill was out of order and one of the bikes made a horrible noise.

the lobby was overcrowded. it seemed the design did not accommodate many guests. i experienced long wait times, including elevator delays. access to the hotel was congested.
