the breakfast wasn't exactly mind-blowing. the fruit selection seemed to lack that certain je ne sais quoi, you know? also, the supposedly "luxury" toiletries felt suspiciously like something you'd find in a budget motel. talk about a letdown!!!

i am grateful for the excellent service at the hotel. chef anish made delicious gluten-free meals for me, a very thoughtful gesture. vijay, the server, was helpful during breakfast. chef manoranjan made a special rava dosa, i found it amazing.

the club room upgrade was spacious and had great design the in-room amenities added indulgence i appreciated the steam and sauna facilities the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient it created a serene atmosphere despite the central location. the breakfast spread was well-curated i found the quality to be excellent the service was attentive and the dining atmosphere was calm.

the absence of a mini bar or snacks in the room seemed like something was missing i did expect it given the hotel's level.

i am very grateful to had stayed in a beautiful king room city view. fresh amenities were provided every day and additional pillows were always offered. cleaning was very good thanks to housekeeping staff. i had a seamless check-in thanks to reception. i appreciate the hotel making us feel at home.

the breakfast service felt a little slow sometimes but the quality was still very high.
