Really good Stay at a Refined Hotel

I found the staff polite. Their courteous attitude made a real difference. The food was nice, and the service exceeded my expectations. The location proved central, easing access to local amenities and popular malls. IT WAS ideal for my travel needs.
I observed some bird droppings on the window. The window itself was sealed, and I couldn't slide it open for ventilation. This lack of fresh air in the room was SOMETIMES inconvenient.

i appreciated the room service which was quick. breakfast was decent with many options available. the staff was always friendly and quick to respond to requests. the hotel offered turndown service upon request and cleaning was done regularly.
the window in my room was covered in bird droppings. i did request for it to be cleaned. i hope they addressed this issue.
