the breakfast selection offered many choices and the staff were quite attentive. mani, the housekeeper, ensured my room remained comfortable and clean throughout my stay.

The reservation desk did not seem flexible regarding early check-in. This was despite my hyatt membership.

i appreciated the efficient service and helpful staff throughout my stay. prakhar at the front desk was particularly helpful arranging a surprise. the rooms were quiet. the location allowed easy access to both the rose garden and sector 17 market.

The hotel rooms felt somewhat dated, specifically the bathroom and cupboards. the options during breakfast were limited. It wasn't quite up to the standards i expect.

The front desk staff managed check-in efficiently. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast buffet featured several options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit.
