mixed feelings about this stay

slow service breakfast variety

the dining was a problem . the breakfast buffet lacked variety. i also found the service slow and inattentive, particularly at the bar. it often took multiple requests before a server would acknowledge us or fulfill a simple order. this level of service fell short of expectations i hold for this kind of hotels.

flavorless paneer tikka excessive mustard sauce

the food really let me down. i ordered paneer tikka, a dish i LOVE. it lacked any flavor. a paneer kathi roll was overloaded with mustard sauce. i spoke with the chef, but i left feeling disappointed. the food did NOT live up to the oberoi brand. i might skip this hotel next time because the food was substandard.
