i received amazing hospitality. the staff were amazing in all areas. rooms were quite good. i had breakfast at the feast restaurant and ordered food from in room dining. all experiences were amazing, with superfast service in all areas!!!

the carpet floor was stained and dirty, i must say. there were stains in the toilet of human excrement. i know you can do better with regard to the rooms, especially considering the brand.

the staff at the restaurant did a good job, especially ms harjeet during breakfast, she provided service with a smile.

The room maintenance was subpar. I stayed in room 316 and found cigarettes lying around after opening the curtain, the balcony was in bad shape, and the chair was torn. the hand spray and jet spray were leaking, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. overall, the maintenance and housekeeping fell short of my expectations for a hotel of this name.

the staff were helpful. mr joy, sachin, hasenpreet, vishal, sunny, and yogesh were all so kind. i found the family vibes in this hotel to be amazing, especially in business class room! cleanliness was awesome.

the hotel served a chow mein dish that was definitely not hot garlic sauce. the flavor was bland, and it ruined my dinner.
