the cafe delish had a warm ambience. the decor looked stylish. the staff were attentive, always going the extra mile. fresh ingredients made the food delicious.

The bell boys were unavailable when i checked out. I had to carry my own bags.

expensive food lack of staff

The hotel seemed short staffed I waited 45 minutes for a bell boy during checkout then I had to carry my own bags. The food costs too much 1500 for one portion of manchow soup felt excessive. I stayed four days and the shower lacked hot water only the washbasin had it. They could not fix it despite it being very cold I expect basic service from a hotel of this kind.

the hotel features a big spa area with a gym, sauna, and massage rooms. i enjoyed a swedish massage, and the staff was experienced. the lobby is beautiful though a bit dim lit at night! our beautiful room was spacious with a big washroom and dressing room.

The service at cafe delish was prompt, even during a busy morning. Vishal deserves special recognition. the food preparation received great care from the chef. several lady servers were attentive, courteous, and pleasant at the café.

The beautiful room had nice decor and cleanliness. The housekeeping staff performed good work. i appreciated the spaciousness! the room offered comfort and convenience, with ample space for relaxation and work, the room was very spacious.

The dinner buffet at cafe delish was good. Hitesh and mittal provided very good service. the chef and his team prepared amazing cuisine. We enjoyed dinners on both nights. the food had full marks for taste, presentation, and service!

the hotel is located beside a mall and it's a beautiful hotel! one might not appreciate it until entering. looks can be deceptive indeed and it's a nice hotel with beautifully done lobby.
