I really appreciated the immaculate rooms. The staff provided really good service from check-in to checkout. The dining options are excellent. The restaurants had exquisite food.

The exchange by emails was very painful. I found a lack of flexibility for smokers to be bothersome. There was a smoking room like in an airport, despite having a club for cigar smokers.

the staff showed genuine kindness. harsh and himani from housekeeping were especially attentive. elsy and jessi from the spa provided great service and kim showed warmth during breakfast. i felt valued .

the small room overlooked the parking area. a bright parking lamp shone directly into the room if curtains were open. this happened despite the high room rate. i regret this poor view.

flickering screensnoticeable street noise

I did have a few issues. the gym equipment felt a bit dated. I noticed the treadmill screens flickered (it was like stepping back into the 90s!). also, the soundproofing wasn't the best. i could hear street noise quite clearly even from my supposedly quiet room. it made relaxing a bit difficult (especially early in the morning).

The food was great! the breakfast buffet included a wide selection. i also liked the rooftop bar with city views. Drinks tasted well. the room had a calming design. Its luxurious details were noteworthy.

Some staff seemed inattentive to guests at certain times. This could have been better!
