an average stay.
spa facilities swimming pools delicious cuisine inattentive staff lacking service focused servers
the hotel do has good spa facilities. i did liked two swimming pools. they also have delicious cuisine in the restaurants. the housekeeping was very good.
the staff seemed inattentive sometimes. i think i found the service lacking. i also found that the servers seemed overly focused on certain guests.

immaculate room really good service email exchange smoking flexibility
I really appreciated the immaculate rooms. The staff provided really good service from check-in to checkout. The dining options are excellent. The restaurants had exquisite food.
The exchange by emails was very painful. I found a lack of flexibility for smokers to be bothersome. There was a smoking room like in an airport, despite having a club for cigar smokers.

Really good Stay
quick refilling polite staff active room cleaner
Room amenities refilled quickly. The lounge is nice. Staff were well-behaved. I appreciated the cleanliness and order. I especially enjoyed the gym. Its staffs were very polite. The reception staff and room cleaners were very active. They cleaned the room twice.

The room had fresh fruit and new water daily. Bathroom products, towels, and robes were replenished each day. Rooms were silent, providing adequate relaxation and privacy. The room was cleaned twice daily.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. The outside pool was relaxing. There are several beautiful restaurants for different tastes. The rooftop bar is great. There is a nice patisserie for tea.

The concierge team helped plan the trip meticulously. From check-in to check-out, the service was superb. The hotel customer service is lovely. Staff are ready to help with anything.

really good stay
genuine kindness attentive staff warm breakfast
the staff showed genuine kindness. harsh and himani from housekeeping were especially attentive. elsy and jessi from the spa provided great service and kim showed warmth during breakfast. i felt valued .
the small room overlooked the parking area. a bright parking lamp shone directly into the room if curtains were open. this happened despite the high room rate. i regret this poor view.

the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. the dilli restaurant offered excellent indian cuisine. chef dibyendu roy and anand tiwari were very hospitable, i am grateful for the kitchen tour.

friendly staff great breakfast lobby mosquitoes high prices
the service was friendly. the breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
i noticed mosquitoes in the lobby. i also found the bar prices high (even for a hotel).

flickering screens noticeable street noise
I did have a few issues. the gym equipment felt a bit dated. I noticed the treadmill screens flickered (it was like stepping back into the 90s!). also, the soundproofing wasn't the best. i could hear street noise quite clearly even from my supposedly quiet room. it made relaxing a bit difficult (especially early in the morning).

wide selection rooftop bar calming design
The food was great! the breakfast buffet included a wide selection. i also liked the rooftop bar with city views. Drinks tasted well. the room had a calming design. Its luxurious details were noteworthy.
Some staff seemed inattentive to guests at certain times. This could have been better!
