the staff was supportive i felt grateful for their assistance. the rooms were spacious i had enough space for my belongings. i appreciated the dine-in room facility the service was prompt.

i noticed the check-in process took longer than expected it was a bit stressful. the menu during happy hour had limited options i wished for more choices.

large hotel really good service unclean rooms overwhelming smell

i found the hotel quite large and beautiful from the inside. the staff service was really good. the housekeeping staff was really polite. the reception manager even gave us a complimentary lunch because check in was taking a long time.

it reminded me of he was doing me a favor.

excellent condition professional skills slow process prompt service

the rooms were in an excellent condition. i really appreciated the professional customer service skills. sonali was particularly helpful (i hope i spelled her name correctly!).

the check-in process was a bit slow for me. i seemed like the staff at the front desk could have been more efficient. also, the housekeeping services were not as prompt as i expected.

the staff was very kind. roumita and shivangi helped me so much . the room was convenient and comfortable. the pool and breakfast were also good..

i had to wait 45 minutes for checking in, that process took too long. i'm not sure what the reason was for the delay. the coupons were not really worth it. everything seemed overpriced.

the atmosphere felt homelike! managers were very helpful. the restaurant staff provided super quick service! amazing food stood out at the great kabab factory. housekeeping kept everything super clean. room facilities enhanced comfort. the concierge addressed my needs efficiently.

the gym was equipped with high-tech equipment i could sync my apple watch with the treadmill using contactless touch. the guest relations team organized a holi party in the garden by the pool it included a full bar food stations music and dancing.
