the staff was very kind. roumita and shivangi helped me so much . the room was convenient and comfortable. the pool and breakfast were also good..

i had to wait 45 minutes for checking in, that process took too long. i'm not sure what the reason was for the delay. the coupons were not really worth it. everything seemed overpriced.

the atmosphere felt homelike! managers were very helpful. the restaurant staff provided super quick service! amazing food stood out at the great kabab factory. housekeeping kept everything super clean. room facilities enhanced comfort. the concierge addressed my needs efficiently.
