the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. wifi worked without issues. the room had a comfortable bed and nice pillows.
My balcony was not clean and the plants were dead. i moved rooms because of a loud event in the hotel. The party used very loud speakers. the concierge suggested i avoid visiting during wedding season, which seemed unhelpful for a hotel of this caliber.

the location is secluded. it takes an hour to get to the airport or city. guests looking for convenient access to city life may find this inconvenient.

The rooms felt quite dated. i encountered a non-functional rainfall shower head, and there was a strange drainage odor during use. a big crack in the balcony door let in mosquitos, and the balcony had lots of pigeon droppings. It clearly wasn't cleaned before i arrived or . this wasn't the five-star experience i was expecting.

The hotel staff displayed great attentiveness. They seemed discreetly waiting to assist me. The hotel grounds looked breathtakingly maintained. Super clean rooms offered great comfort. The private pool offers a spa like experience on sunny days.
The hotel was wonderful, but the breakfast buffet was crowded. I had to wait a little before being seated. I was not very upset, but it was noticeable.
