uneven stay overall

terrible internet pricey breakfast

i found the internet service terrible. it never worked for two days. the staff tried to fix it, but they failed. also, i didn't order breakfast in advance. i was offered to purchase it upon arrival for several hundred usd. surprisingly pricey, i must say!!!

The breakfast had a wide selection, but some items tasted bland. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. It became quite cramped. I tried to relax (but it proved difficult).

really good care breakfast variety excellent food happy hour

My recent visit impressed me. The staff demonstrated really good care. The breakfast featured much variety and quality. I appreciated Geetanjali's greetings each morning. The Regency Club Lounge included excellent food during happy hour.

My room included only one flower. The hotel offered no explanation for this. This occurrence happened when the evening room cleaning didn't occur.

The lobby showcased ever-changing floral displays. These displays added a vibrant touch. I noticed many guests enjoying the pool. The pool is readily visible from some suites.

Pradeep Ji and Vinod Ji greeted me always. They also assisted with luggage. They did so with smiles. Their professionalism stood out from the rest.

Mohit Tomar runs the food and beverage area. He ensures the food meet high standards. Amit checked to ensure everything met expectations. The breakfast selections were quite extensive.

My suite provided a view of the pool area. The room included comfortable furnishing. The housekeeping team took care of the rooms. They did a great job every day.

underwhelming stay with some hiccups

newspaper absence chaotic breakfast

my experience had some issues. the promised newspaper never was, a small thing, yes, but irritating. i also found the breakfast service chaotic. staff seemed overwhelmed, tables weren't cleared promptly, and getting a simple coffee took ages. not exactly the relaxing start to the day one expects.

staff courtesy room upgrade poor organization long queues

The staff showed courtesy while taking care of our needs. The duty manager provided us with an upgrade (it was a pleasant surprise).

The breakfast experience was poorly organized. There were long queues that did not consider elderly guests (this was a concern).
