Excellent Stay with Great Service

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of Indian and continental delicacies. Ajay, our server, was professional and attentive. Riya, the hostess, was cute. The chef impressed me with the quality and flavors of the food. The cappuccino from the barista was a nice touch (with a pretty design!). Mukul Kumar was attentive to my needs in the lounge. He made sure I had all the food and beverages I wanted. Room service was excellent, and all staff were friendly. The suite was beautiful and well-appointed.
The pre-arranged airport transfer was not there upon my arrival. I had to take an Uber.

Staff was very cute, especially Latika at the Bonvoy desk. Pulkit Anand was an really good server. The concierge staff facilitated a shipment I had. The laundry and room cleaning staff were also amazing.

The breakfast buffet at The One All Day Dining was excellent. It featured a well-planned menu with Indian and continental delicacies. The live kitchen counters were a plus, and I got to watch fresh dishes made right in front of me (the dosas were amazing!).
The common areas matched the 5-star rating. I observed rusty taps in the bathroom. Mattresses seemed worn, which impacted sleep quality.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. It featured a great variety of Indian and continental options. The service was excellent. Mukul Kumar was very attentive to my needs in the lounge. He ensured I had all the food and beverages I requested.
My room was a bit outdated. The staff was not as friendly as I expected. The gym staff seemed unaware of the rules. I had to point them out (it was a bit awkward).

I found the room quite dated. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. It made me catch a cold. Quite unpleasant. The pool area was also disappointing. There were few sunbeds squeezed between a wall and the pool, not very inviting.
