elegant design attentive service order eggs

The hotel interiors showcase rich and elegant designs influenced by Rajasthan's royal style. Staff members were very attentive and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet offered made-to-order eggs plus traditional chai.

clean room reasonable price helpful staff

the hotel was clean. all public areas plus our room were clean. the minibar prices were reasonable, (i liked that). the hotel felt safe, with vehicle checks at the gate. there was plenty of staff around at all times.

customer service in the buffet restaurant was slow. when ordering food, it sometimes did not arrive. sometimes what arrived was wrong. i had to re-order items more than once.

the staff responded quickly to questions. the reception staff remembered names and preferences. this attention. their friendly demeanor and warm smiles.

the hotel is near the railway station. getting a taxi or rickshaw is easy. a short drive takes you to the old city. the area is busy but convenient for transport. there are staff and guards around at all times.
