attentive team really good service great care

The oro bar offered really good service, exceeding expectations. Sandeep pawar, sandeep singh, and ved prakash accommodated every need with attentiveness. The level two restaurant team showed great care, and the food tasted nice. Sanjeev, the manager, and mukul, the server, were particularly attentive.

The check-in process, took a little TOO long.

dirty bathroom slow housekeeping

the service at the oro bar was acceptable. sandeep pawar, sandeep singh, and ved prakash tried to accommodate my needs.

my stay had problems. the bathroom was unacceptable, because the toilet had yellow stains. also, grout between tiles was dirty and the shower cubicle's hinges were covered in grime. even after multiple calls, housekeeping did not come to clean after I broke a glass water bottle.

the oro bar has service i have seen at any bar. sandeep pawar, sandeep singh and ved prakash accommodated our needs and did more than we'd expected.

i reached the hotel after a long flight. the check-in process took too long, and i booked a twin bed room. reception did not apply basic logic to give us two different beds. it was a miserable experience.

a mixed experience at best

slow check-in pushy concierge

the room was large and well-equipped, appearing modern for indian standards.

the check-in process was slow, and the staff failed to acknowledge my radisson status. the concierge was quite pushy, insisted on handling my luggage even when i declined, and then aggressively asked for a tip (i felt quite uncomfortable). i wouldn't recommend this hotel given my experience.
