a mixed experience at best

large roomslow check-inpushy concierge

the room was large and well-equipped, appearing modern for indian standards.

the check-in process was slow, and the staff failed to acknowledge my radisson status. the concierge was quite pushy, insisted on handling my luggage even when i declined, and then aggressively asked for a tip (i felt quite uncomfortable). i wouldn't recommend this hotel given my experience.
