the breakfast buffet had a large selection. i loved the fresh fruit and the omelet station. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. they were maintained well.

the check-in process took a while. only two staff members were on duty, and there was a long queue of guests.

I found the proximity to the airport very convenient at just a short drive. the room had immaculate fresh towels provided daily. The housekeeping team was very great. i particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff are very friendly. the fitness room was a plus..

the check-in process was slow, and i waited longer than expected. this added a bit of stress after my flight.

the rooms are clean. the service is friendly and efficient. the stay is relatively pain free.

the room was smaller than other hotels in this price range. it was very overpriced. airport taxi was 1 900rp plus taxes. most expensive taxi to the airport i have ever taken.
