I found the hotel to be quite excellent with its opulent amenities. The hotel has staff, who are very attentive and cater to guests' needs promptly. I appreciated the meticulous attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. The overall ambiance exuded sophistication and comfort.
The wifi connection in the room was occasionally unstable, which caused minor inconveniences.

My room featured a king-sized bed and a well-stocked minibar with assorted beverages. The room had blackout curtains ensuring a dark environment for optimal sleep, which i very much appreciated. A spacious work desk and ergonomic chair was in the room.

the staff was so kind, especially in house keeping! my room was spacious and always clean. breakfast was tasty, i loved the variety!
The wifi was weak. The pool was closed without warning, a total bummer. An espresso cost 9 euros. it was really expensive!

The Club Lounge access was SUCH a treat!!! The staff made everything so EASY. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

my stay began perfectly with detailed explanations about all hotel facilities. the gym offered a dedicated instructor present for most of the day. the staff was attentive and proactive to ensure my comfort. i received prompt assistance with any requests !

i experienced really good hospitality. the staff was attentive. shahjahan at the front desk helped with custom requests from time to time. chef keshav understood my preferences, improvising dishes to suit my taste.
my only SLIGHT issue was the breakfast buffet offered repetitive options during my extended stay.
