the balcony door didn't close properly. a smell of burnt wood was in the room and it was strong. reception failed to arrange a large car for the airport, even after my request the night before.

My room was spacious and modern. it was well kept with a private plunge pool that gave a luxurious feel. the breakfast and in-room dining were both excellent in quality and presentation. The gym, spa, and pool area were world-class.

I noticed in-room assistance could improve because it often took a long time for someone to answer the intercom. getting service done was also delayed. the food in my room was good. the service time affected my experience.

The food was genuinely excellent. The chefs clearly know what they're doing.

The music from a wedding reception was very loud, it went on until midnight, and the teardown continued until around 3 a.m. the very next day, a baby shower with live music took over the courtyard. It ran loud until past 7 p.m. i felt repeatedly placated with staff telling me what they thought i wanted to hear rather than being honest.
