The hotel includes an artificial waterbody surrounding the main lobby. This water feature is clearly visible from both the lobby and the restaurants. The hotel also features an arcade with several shops including an Oberoi souvenir shop.

The breakfast buffet offers local Haryana specialties, such as besan roti and kodo porridge. The food at the restaurant featured some options that were over fried. There is an all day dining restaurant with great options.

Each team member was courteous and helpful during my entire stay. Check-in was quick and seamless and the staff addressed every need. The staff offers unfailingly polite and always an extra mile.
