inconsistent serviceexcessive prices
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff seemed unprepared. despite my prior requests, the room wasn't ready, and i waited an additional hour. i found the service inconsistent for a hotel of this caliber. i expected better coordination between departments but i didn't get it. finally the food prices felt excessive. the quality didn't match the cost.

i found the hotel well kept. the welcome on arrival felt very warm and personal. the staff took utmost care of all guests. i want to mention madhav rathi specifically for his really good hospitality and personal care. my room had an amazing view. there were fresh flowers every day.
The poolside service was slow, and i often had to look for someone to get a towel or a drink. Used plates stayed there for too long.

my room had lavish furnishings and blended rajasthani elements with modern comfort. the room included a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom with high-quality toiletries. the climate control system worked efficiently.

The pool was expansive and very clean. I loved swimming there. the hotel offered electric transfer boats for arrival and departure. the heritage walk revealed stories of rajasthan's royal heritage, and the cultural program in the evening was very entertaining.

Chef rupak prepared excellent meals. I especially enjoyed the gudd ki roti. gaurav and kunwarpal hosted our meals, and shamsh managed the restaurant with care. i appreciated the team's dedication to providing excellent food and service. it was a grateful experience.
i noticed a small lizard in my room, though i was immediately moved to another one.

The attentive service by the front of house staff was acceptable.
Pneumatic drilling disrupted the peace. I had to repeatedly ask for it to stop. It was EXTREMELY frustrating.
