separate shower onsite restaurants comfortable beds crowded lifts repetitive breakfast service quality
the room had a separate shower and bath. I found that to be quite useful. i also appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. there were very good restaurants onsite.
i waited a long time for the lifts. they were always crowded. the breakfast served was the same everyday and lacked taste, twice. the hotel seemed more focused on money than service quality.

Fantastic stay!
clean room comfortable bed great breakfast
My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was large, and the manager, Manoj Kumar, really went out of his way to accommodate what I wanted.
The room had no place to keep the luggage

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport. It provides easy access to the Bandra Sea Link Bridge. I loved how convenient it was to reach various points of interest, too

My room featured floor-to-ceiling windows that provided great views! The furnishings was modern. The design was elegant and the space was well-kept during my entire visit.

Vista had a vast selection of food. Masala Bay offered tasty Indian food. The service was perfect. I appreciated that there were diverse culinary options.

The hotel had an outdoor pool where I could relax. The fitness center seemed very well-equipped. I also noted a spa. The spa seemed to offer various therapies.

The staff members were friendly, cooperative and helpful. They provided prompt and efficient service. I was greeted warmly upon arrival. The housekeeping service was really consistent.

helpful staff great care
staff names are numerous but i recall Marie and Mayuri being particularly helpful. i definitely recommend this hotel because employees treat guests with care. i stayed at many chains but this one stands out.
i found few vegetarian options during breakfast and the general menu.
