the check-in was seamless. lavnish at the desk showed me all points of interest on a map, very helpful. ms natasha's singing was a good surprise, a great touch. chef aadhya was so observant, she ensured everything met my needs.

i noticed the concierge lines were often unattended. requests experienced delays, sometimes up to an hour. it was a slight inconvenience to an otherwise lovely stay.

the hotel staff exhibited great hospitality. proactively, they offered a late checkout at 2:30 pm, although the hotel was fully booked. this demonstrated considerable care, a personalized service.
