the location was acceptable.

the electricity in my initial room went out. i had to move. also , a welcome tray had obviously been sitting there for days , contaminated by a previous guest.

attentive staff fresh fruits convenient location

the staff was attentive. They addressed every need quickly. my room included daily fresh fruits and also welcome dessert. the location near the beach was very convenient, too.

the room service sometimes felt a little slow. it was surprising given the high service standards. i had anticipated quicker responses based on other reviews.

i received a complimentary room upgrade, it. managers akshay and malaika went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. they were polite, generous and always happy to help. the chef prepared delicious jain food and a wonderful breakfast tailored to my preferences.

i found the absence of readily available information on local attractions inconvenient! the concierge desk should proactively provide guests with maps and recommendations. this addition would significantly enhance the overall experience for tourists unfamiliar with the area.

the check-in was seamless. lavnish at the desk showed me all points of interest on a map, very helpful. ms natasha's singing was a good surprise, a great touch. chef aadhya was so observant, she ensured everything met my needs.

i noticed the concierge lines were often unattended. requests experienced delays, sometimes up to an hour. it was a slight inconvenience to an otherwise lovely stay.
