i was charmed by the breakfast buffet! it had a good variety of choices. the front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.
the hot water wasn't very hot in the shower. there was only a shower, and no bath. i also noticed a smoking smell in the room though it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor.

The banquet manager Melorica is a great asset , she offered great suggestions. The kitchen team was willing to cook anything for us. The location is good and the hotel offers good value for money. I found Ms.Esther at the front desk friendly and helpful , she provided us a good room.
The hot water was not consistently hot in the shower.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach and the Mall of the Emirates. The pool area includes a jacuzzi for guest use. The rooms were spacious , and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

fantastic locationefficient service
The location was fantastic. It was easy to access taxis and transport. room service was very efficient and the staff were helpful. i appreciated that they checked me in early when i explained MY situation.
there was very, very POOR handling of issues. other respectful chains would try to offer upgrades for mistakes. i felt that they didn't care whether i stayed or left.

the location suited my needs. i used the metro to attend meetings.
The shower's hot water was not very hot. also, there was only a shower. I wanted a bath. worst of all, the hotel hosted an event in the ballroom on two of my three nights. loud music played past midnight until nearly 3am. the bass resonated. I could barely sleep.

the reception staff were friendly and efficient (i found that helpful).
The red lion pub was a letdown because it permits smoking. there was no designated non-smoking area and no extraction system in place. the air conditioning recirculated the smoke. This made it difficult to breathe, particularly when football games were on, it also affected the food.

the location was super convenient for getting to downtown. the lobby had beautiful design. the check-in process was simple and professional. the staff were polite throughout my stay!
the hot water wasn't very hot in the shower. there was only a shower! no bath! loud music started to play after midnight and continued until almost 3am. my room was on the first floor and the music was loud and the bass resonated hugely. it was almost impossible to sleep.
