I really liked the location near a metro station , and taxis were ALWAYS available. A supermarket was also close by , which was very convenient. I especially appreciated that I could cook in my room.
The carpet in my room seemed dirty as soon as I arrived , BUT the bed looked clean. The bath had some stains on it , I think it was from heavy use. The stains didn't look like dirt , so that WASN'T too bad.

the room was spacious enough (i was in a studio, king bed).
i found the front desk staff unwelcoming. alan was sitting on a chair, something i had not seen before. his attitude made it seem he did not want the job, he gave excuses when i asked to check in one hour early, i would have had to pay extra.

the studio king bed was spacious. it included two separate sinks. rainfall shower was an added plus. the gym has three treadmills. i saw two stationary bikes. the pool area boasts twenty loungers. a shaded section is available. i really enjoyed my time there!!! the breakfast provided ample choice. the cleaning service was detailed. the housekeeping staff were very prompt. they always served on time. the staff helped me with luggage. they even assisted with amazon orders. it was very kind of them! the location is a major win, i thought. metro station access is easy. taxis are available anytime. there is also a supermarket nearby. the staff was kind. they were caring. they were just so kind!!!
the traffic returning from business bay could become extreme. i really hope that the hotel finds a solution to this. it is certainly a tricky situation.

the studio king bed featured a very modern design. it was super clean! the bed was a cloud. i felt so relaxed. the room included a practical kitchenette for preparing simple meals. that really helped.

the rooftop pool offered amazing views. the hotel provides a well-equipped gym, perfect for a workout. the equipment looks modern. it seems well maintained. i could easily continue my fitness routine .

the breakfast had a wide variety. there were both hot and cold options available. fresh fruit and pastries were there. i could find various choices. i found something to satisfy me every morning. the food was AMAZING!!!

the location has great access to shopping areas. the breakfast buffet was very nice with many choices. abdul at reception was attentive during check in. i had easy access to the metro station from this hotel.
