I found the location quite good. The valet parking was convenient and efficient. Luggage facilities were also very helpful. The staff provided quick service.

The room finishes seemed quite old. The towels didn't even appear white anymore.

Amazing Stay Near Everything!

easy access excellent work extra space

The location was perfect! easy access off the freeway made taxis quick to grab. The cleanliness was also great. I must commend the cleaning staff for their excellent work! Our room was impressively spacious. I really enjoyed the extra space.

The receptionists seemed unwelcoming and a bit unfriendly. They initially wanted to give us a different room based on availability, even though we had booked our choice! It was a bit frustrating.

The breakfast had many choices. You could easily find anything you wanted, including fresh fruit and hot dishes! I especially loved the omelet station. The chef made delicious omelets every morning, really filling.

The hotel had a well-equipped gym. It included several treadmills and weight machines, perfect for a full workout. The pool area was also great. The pool itself was large, and there were many lounge chairs available, so you could always find a spot.

The staff throughout the hotel were helpful, always ready with a smile! The concierge helped with directions and recommendations, and the room service was prompt and courteous! Housekeeping did an amazing job.

i secured a super spacious room. it showcased a lovely view of the museum of the future. the bed was comfortable. the receptionist gave excellent and friendly service even arriving so late!

the elevator wait times were a bit long, especially during rush hours.
