The rooms are spacious. I found that they offered ample space for luggage and movement. The rooms were perfectly clean. I really appreciated that level of attention. Breakfast presented a fantastic variety. I loved the fresh and tasty options. The location IS very convenient. I had easy access to key city attractions.

The fitness center includes three treadmills. I used one daily. There are two stationary bikes available . They seemed in good condition. A good size swimming pool provides a relaxing environment with ample sun loungers.

My room featured a king-sized bed that i found very comfortable. I noticed two separate sinks, a useful amenity when sharing the space. The rainfall shower provided a very relaxing experience after a busy day.

The reception staff were always available and ready to assist guests. I always felt very welcomed. I watched them handle inquiries efficiently. It was excellent. They facilitated smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Mr. Khaja from the team fixed a room issue.

The room wasn't great. It did not meet expectations. I ordered room service, yet it took over ninety minutes to arrive! I had to call to follow up. There was no offer of compensation, even a complimentary drink. The facilities felt overpriced for what was offered.
