Excellent Stay with Attentive Service
convenient location attentive staff
The location provided convenient access to the surrounding area. The apartment included a washing machine and a dishwasher, quite practical. I found the staff to be very cute.. Daily cleaning service ensured a tidy and comfortable stay.

superb stay in the city!
fantastic location helpful housekeeping room upgrade nice pool area
the location is fantastic. shakeel from housekeeping was really friendly and helpful, plus, the housekeeping always came right on time. i got an upgrade when i checked in because i asked for a quiet room (this made a big difference for me!). the pool area was nice for a quick dip after a day out.
some of the decor felt a little dated (but it did not bother me too much).

The adjacent restaurant provides accessible dining choices. breakfast is served via a menu selection at the lebanese restaurant. It offers a pleasant change from typical buffet setups and has some very tasty options.

The location offers convenience with easy car access and on-site parking. the metro and tram are a short walk, offering quick travel options. marina walk is only five minutes away. It offers good evening strolls.

the reception staff are ready to help, as they were very friendly and accommodating. house keeping was superb, and they provided a very detailed service to keep the place very tidy. they were very quick when i needed something!

Really good Stay at a GREAT location
free upgrade accessible location quick service
I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The location is very accessible to the beaches, supermarket, and metro station. I enjoyed the responsiveness and quick service of the housekeeping and concierge team. They WERE very attentive to our needs.
The shower area felt small and somewhat uncomfortable. I also experienced minor issues with the bathroom faucets .

The front desk staff provided helpful assistance. Housekeeping offered daily service including towel changes. The team were also quick in addressing our needs and requests.

The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen area with all necessary appliances. The bedroom included a comfortable king-sized bed and ample storage space. I found the living area to be spacious and functionally furnished.

Although I did not dine in the hotel restaurant, I noticed there WERE many dining options nearby. These included various restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Several offered outdoor seating with marina views.

great apartment stay
reception staff tidy room great service
I enjoyed a pleasant stay. the reception staff was helpful. my studio was spacious, kept tidy daily. a thank you to akshay kumar who ensured the room was well maintained. he was very warm and cooperative. I greatly appreciated his service.
The front desk professional lacked proper manners. he was unfriendly during my arrival. i had to wait for hours for the room after my flight. children were tired and noisy. he was rude asking for silence. I found this unacceptable.

I stayed for several nights and found the apartment quite suitable. My room had amenities, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions. I appreciated the attentive staff and would consider staying here again in the future.
The hallway carpets showed minor wear and could benefit from replacement.

dated room highway noise
The location proved convenient to transport links and the marina.
The room was dated and not well kept. The pictures online did not accurately reflect reality. I noted noise at night from the highway on the lower floors. Breakfast was in an adjacent Indian restaurant and did not align with my expectations.
