convenient location quick room service massage facilities missed housekeeping rude staff high fridge prices
the location was very convenient. it was easy to access the mall from the hotel. the room service was quick and the prices seemed fair. the massage facilities offered were a great way to relax after a long day.
i found that housekeeping did not clean the room one day. i left the hotel at 11 am and came back at 7 pm to find it untouched. also, the staff attitude seemed rude when i reported it.

a romantic escape
professional staff super clean room diverse selection
mr. muzamil at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, it immediately set a lovely tone for our stay. our room was wonderfully super clean.. the thoughtful touches from housekeeping, like arranging our personal items so neatly. we loved the breakfast, especially the diverse selection of delicious options to start our day together.
the nightclub music was a bit loud one evening, making it slightly difficult to fall asleep early.

the hotel is conveniently close to the emirates mall, providing easy access for shopping and dining. a nearby metro station allows quick trips to various city attractions. in front of the mall is a bus station also.

the reception team was friendly and cute, especially suddhan who assisted with an early check-in. the staff consistently demonstrates attentiveness and courtesy. mortada from the reception helped me find my ring, that was very kind.

our room featured modern amenities and a decor that contributed to a very relaxing atmosphere. it included a big bed with soft sheets and a good shower. the cleanliness was consistent and the housekeeping kept the room tidy.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were of a good size also. The front desk staff were efficient. ElGreko staff provided excellent service.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety. Its quality was poor. The rooms connected.

a charming stay near the mall
spacious room excellent location
i stayed in a premiere connecting room. the room was spacious with well maintained furniture. the location is superb, just a short walk to the mall. i also appreciated the proximity to a nearby mosque.
the breakfast options did vary each day. but i felt overall they could use some improvements. the orange juice tasted like a powder quick-dissolving contraption.

the reception staff was really good and quickly accommodated my requests for a room change. prashant at the reception was also very helpful and professional throughout the whole check-in process, it was a really good experience. i appreciated that.
