aicha provided great hospitality. she helped me find a better table. she, i appreciated her help. the staff was wonderful too, they welcomed me from the first step.
The bathroom needs an urgent upgrade. The shower and sink barely have cold water running.

The hotel location is undeniably convenient. however, the room i got was quite disappointing. the air conditioning was weak and failed to cool the room adequately. this, especially considering the climate. also, the breakfast selection was limited. The buffet lacked variety and the quality wasn't great, not meeting expectations for the price point. a fresher, more diverse range of options would greatly improve the experience.

I found the room disappointing. The carpet seemed quite unclean upon my arrival, and I noticed it hadn't been vacuumed. That was not pleasant. the staff did not meet my expectations .. I expected much better service.

i found nurul very helpful. he recommended several food and drink choices i enjoyed. the staff consistently cleaned tables and took orders quickly. the service made my friends and i very happy.
the outdoor restaurant played loud music late into the night. i found it difficult to sleep some nights because of the noise.

nouroon gave me the best service with complete professionalism the shisha was amazing. new sofas are comfortable and the whole experience was enjoyable. the location is convenient and there are many choices of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. staff members are kind and cute I found.
the bathroom needs an upgrade the water pressure was low. it took me longer to shower because of the low water pressure. the sink handles had rust showing.

the hotel had a beautiful traditional atmosphere it also includes a gym. the location is close to the mall and many landmarks are worth visiting. i found the location very convenient.

the reef & beef staff were attentive and professional. santa guided us through the menu and explained the different food options. he also helped choose shisha flavors based on our preferences it was helpful.

the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. kamrul and the entire team were fantastic they gave me the best service. nurul helped me a lot and he arranged a cake for a birthday it was kind.
