I found the room disappointing. The carpet seemed quite unclean upon my arrival, and I noticed it hadn't been vacuumed. That was not pleasant. the staff did not meet my expectations .. I expected much better service.

i found nurul very helpful. he recommended several food and drink choices i enjoyed. the staff consistently cleaned tables and took orders quickly. the service made my friends and i very happy.
the outdoor restaurant played loud music late into the night. i found it difficult to sleep some nights because of the noise.

nouroon gave me the best service with complete professionalism the shisha was amazing. new sofas are comfortable and the whole experience was enjoyable. the location is convenient and there are many choices of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. staff members are kind and cute I found.
the bathroom needs an upgrade the water pressure was low. it took me longer to shower because of the low water pressure. the sink handles had rust showing.

the hotel had a beautiful traditional atmosphere it also includes a gym. the location is close to the mall and many landmarks are worth visiting. i found the location very convenient.

the reef & beef staff were attentive and professional. santa guided us through the menu and explained the different food options. he also helped choose shisha flavors based on our preferences it was helpful.

the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. kamrul and the entire team were fantastic they gave me the best service. nurul helped me a lot and he arranged a cake for a birthday it was kind.
