the location was pretty good, close enough for taxis to get to main attractions.
i was very disappointed with the bathroom, it had a very bad smell and the sink was clogged. i tried to ignore it, but the persistent odor was great. it really needs some attention and a proper cleaning.

I was pleased with several aspects. the breakfast variety suited me well. I found fresh fruit and pastries daily. the rooftop pool area was quite clean. I appreciated having ample towels available. the staff was polite, especially at breakfast. sunita from room service was very attentive, and my room was clean.
The two beds in my room were close together. I would have liked more separation. this layout affected my comfort. there was no clear division. It felt almost like one large bed.

the breakfast options were vast. i found many choices to begin my days here. the room was modern, it was always clean. a balcony gave me city views. security helped print documents i needed after i lost my cardholder. this helped a lot.
the staff was very disorganized upon my arrival, and check in was a long process.
